Pawn Shops and Payday Loan Joints
Have you ever noticed that, for such a supposedly affluent area, the inordinately high number of pawn shops, payday loan joints, and other businesses that cater to the financially challenged nestled in just about every Seattle, Eastside, or Everett neighborhood?
Look, there's a new condo development, a vegan gluten free market. . . and, a pawnshop, payday loan place, homeless dude with a sign, and massage parlor right beside it.
Also, what's with these clowns, sometimes dressed in costumes, waving advertisements for businesses and dancing around the sidewalks? I know you see them in some other cities, and they're definitely not as bad as the people in Vegas who hand out hooker cards but, still, it's the real world equivalent of a pop up ad on a website.
Seattle= cheap ass slum.
